About Us
Dr. Marc J. DeVito, MD
Dr. Marc DeVito is the founder of DeVito Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, an independent personalized medical practice established in Little Silver, New Jersey in 2008.

After earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2003, Dr. DeVito completed a four-year combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (Med/Peds) through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), and is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Following residency, Dr. DeVito practiced in a multispecialty group in East Windsor, New Jersey, caring for newborns, children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, with affiliation to Princeton Medical Center. He later relocated to Monmouth County and founded his own practice with the vision of providing more personalized, relationship-based care.

Before entering medicine, Dr. DeVito lived in New York City and worked as a nutritional consultant. That background continues to influence his thoughtful, integrative approach to care, emphasizing the least amount of medication necessary whenever appropriate, while prioritizing nutrition, exercise, weight management, stress reduction, and other lifestyle strategies that support long-term health.
His clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, cardiometabolic health, hormone and metabolic optimization, pediatric and adult wellness, and helping patients achieve the highest possible quality of life through practical, individualized care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. DeVito enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three sons, playing the piano, fitness training, yoga, and mindfulness-based meditation.
