New Patient Information
Thank you for your interest in DeVito Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
We are an established membership-based Internal Medicine & Pediatrics practice serving adults, children, and families since 2008.
Because membership capacity is intentionally limited in order to preserve personalized care and physician access, we currently maintain an active waitlist for new patient openings.
What to Expect
Initial Visit
Your first appointment with Dr. DeVito is typically 60–120 minutes and is designed to take a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to your health.
This visit may include:
• Detailed health history
• Review of symptoms and concerns
• Review of medications and supplements
• Physical examination
• Body composition testing when indicated
• Discussion of appropriate next steps
Additional testing may be recommended when appropriate, including bloodwork, imaging, or specialty studies.
Most standard testing ordered by Dr. DeVito is typically covered by insurance plans. Any potential out-of-pocket testing fees would be discussed in advance.
Second Visit
At your follow-up visit, Dr. DeVito will review your results in detail and develop a personalized care plan.
This may include:
• Nutrition and dietary strategies
• Exercise recommendations
• Sleep optimization
• Stress management / meditation
• Medication adjustments
• Nutritional supplements when appropriate

Membership Enrollment
Following your second visit, eligible patients may choose to enroll in membership with the practice for ongoing care and follow-up.
Membership allows us to maintain a smaller, more focused practice with:
• Personalized physician access
• Reduced scheduling delays
• Longer visits
• Ongoing continuity of care
If You Choose Not to Enroll
If you decide not to enroll in membership following your second office visit, additional appointments would not be scheduled at that time.
Future appointments would require a two-year waiting period and subsequent placement on the active waitlist based on availability.
